• Rooms are available from 2 pm on arrival day. Check out is until 10:00am on departure day.
• Since we are located a bit above Kufstein and you can reach us only by a mountain road, we recommended snow chains use in winter.
• We are located in the middle of the Wilder Kaiser nature reserve that is why we would like to draw your attention to the fact that no firecrackers, etc. are allowed here.
