We use seasonal and sustainable products from the region to cook for you.
We use lamb and beef from our own farm, bacon and sausage from our own smokehouse, venison from the local forest, eggs from free-range chickens from Heimatstätterhof, honey from our own beekeeping, fruits and vegetables from our local suppliers from Kufstein.
Therefore since the autumn of 2017 we can present ourselves as a member of the Tyrolean Wirtshaus Culture.
Our chef (junior chef) will spoil you with Tyrolean delicacies as well as international and seasonal delicacies.
Our wine cellar is supplied with Austrian quality wines from our personally known winemakers as well as noble brandies from the distillery Zöttl and Lärchen- und Zirben-Schnaps from our own production.
